I designed a T-shirt Design for the NHL Anaheim Ducks Hockey team in 2018. My design targeted long-time fans, casual fans, and veteran enthusiasts. I took a direction utilizing their mighty duck’s logo and the team's original colors (teal, plum, gold) to attract older fans; I kept a clean surfer-like design for a fresh take and to call on the Californian roots of the team. The black shirt makes it easy for a casual fan to pick this merchandise as it can be a versatile item that doesn’t scream “super fan.” Out of 100 submissions, I was one of three winners. Through this project, I worked with the team's head graphic designers and had the opportunity to have my shirt printed and sold at the official team store at the Honda Center in Anaheim.
