Tasked with introducing a new product to rival the leading national brand, El Bigote set out to create a distinctive offering that resonates culturally with consumers. Guided by the mantra "the bigger the stache, the hotter the sauce," the goal was to provide a subjective and unique experience. When crafting El Bigote's brand identity, the focus was on authenticity and cultural influence, channeling the spirit of Mexican heritage. Drawing inspiration from vintage Mexican Western films and vibrant screen-printed street advertisements, the brand effectively embodies the essence of Mexico. I photographed product prototypes to establish El Bigote as a tangible, distinctive, and culturally rich choice in the hot sauce landscape, curating visual narratives that create a connection with customers that goes beyond mere taste.
